November 29, 2020 – just seems like another day to anyone – for me its not only my grandmother’s birthday (who is an immigrant to Canada from Dominica) – however it marks a pain point in my existence. On November 29 2020 – I was in a car accident on my way to the local pharmacy. Hit mid turn by a car attempting to pass me because he was unfortunately intoxicated and “Didn’t know what I was doing”. Little did I know this accident would be a life changing catalyst in my life – which at the time and looking back still doesnt all the way feel that way.

So I knew this year – on November 29 I would put myself into my cathartic place with my art – and even though yesterday had tears, it brought me to the joy I feel most days…
